R ichwell Executives is an independent search firm originally established in 2005 to provide a pro-active service to the investment banking market. The Law Department was established in 2007 to apply and provide the same tailor-made proactive service to the legal market.
W e differ in our uniquely proactive and dynamic approach to recruitment. We employ proactive search methods, which offer all the benefits of a search service to our clients, including contingency work. It is a widely held belief that the better candidates are unlikely to be actively looking for a new position. Consequently, we profile and locate the type of candidate the client requires and offer the opportunity of application. Richwell Executives does not seek to be all things to all people; rather, it focuses on a number of specific areas and concentrates on these.
O ur objective is to build strong, mutually rewarding relationships with our clients and candidates through the breadth and quality of service we are able to provide. We are consultative rather than transactional; executional rather than sales-based; and prone to favour deep, long-term relationships over multiple short-term engagements.
